David has been with Nankersey Male Choir from the very beginning and as the Choir is now in its 70th Year, it is appropriate to recognise David’s huge contribution to Nankersey Male Choir and to Male Choir singing in Cornwall.
On 4th November, Fred and Val Bidgood visited the home of David and Mary to present him with a number of items to celebrate his 70 years with the Choir.
1. A long service certificate (70 years) from Nankersey Male Choir.
2. A long service certificate (70 years) from the Cornwall Federation of Male Voice Choirs.
3. A memento in the form of an inscribed plaque from the Choir in appreciation.
